It has been observed that the following students were absent without prior intimation for the PROVAKIL & Medha Servo On-Campus Recruitment Drive, despite being shortlisted and notified in advance.

As per the Training & Placements Policy of RGUKT-Basar, this act is considered a violation of recruitment discipline. The IEEE Student Branch of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Basar, is hosting a free, five-day online workshop titled "Building Agentic AI Systems on the Cloud". 

The workshop will take place from September 1, 2025, to September 5, 2025, from 5 PM to 6 PM each day. 

Both IEEE and non-IEEE members can attend the workshop for free. 
The speakers are Mr. Sairohith Thummarakoti, IEEE Section Chair, Columbia (USA) and Mr. Kelvin Nguyen Le, Software Engineer at Knoetic, Columbia (USA).

All the shortlisted students (as published in the previous notice) of ECE, EEE, and Mechanical Engineering are hereby informed that the Medha Servo Drive Written Test is scheduled as per the details below:

This will be a pen-and-paper based test. Students must carry a writing pad and strictly follow the guidelines for filling the OMR sheet.
Instructions for OMR Sheet:
1.	Do not fold or crush the sheet.
2.	Use only a blue/black ball point pen to fill the circles.
3.	Pencils are strictly prohibited.
4.	Circles must be completely and properly darkened.
5.	Cutting, overwriting, or erasing is not allowed.
6.	Do not make stray marks on the sheet.
7.	Do not use markers or white fluid to hide marks.
