All the students (Boys & Girls from PUC–I to E4), staff, and other stakeholders who have taken sports materials for any form/event are hereby instructed to return the issued materials immediately to the Sports Cell.
This notice is issued in view of the AUDITING of the Sports Cell. Hence, the matter shall be treated on HIGH PRIORITY. Redistribution date will be intimated soon.
Timings for Return of Sports Materials:
22-12-2025 and 23-12-2025, from  4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at  Central Stores, SAC
Failing which, penalty will be imposed as per institutional rules, and the matter will be viewed seriously.

   This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examination hall tickets will be distributed on 18th Dec-25(Thursday) at AB-II. All concerned class representatives must collect the hall tickets within the specified period and make sure that every student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Venue: Examination Section-AB-II
Timings: 3:00PM-3:30 PM


Note:
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

`` MEDHA SERVO (PHASE-2) – Campus Recruitment Drive

It is hereby informed that MEDHA SERVO, Hyderabad, will be conduct a On- Campus Recruitment Drive on 19th December 2025. The schedule and process details are as follows:

Dear Students,

1. Carry your Hall ticket, ID card, 2 pens, Pencil,  calculator and any other necessary Stationary for your exam.
 2. During exams don't resort to any malpractice. All of you are well capable and if due to any reasons you were not able to prepare well there is an option for better performance in grade improvement/remedial exams. 
3. All the students are requested to ensure that while leaving for mess/ study hours/exams no one is left alone in the room . If your friend insists on staying back in room due to ill health or any other reason pls inform the same to the caretaker/Supervisor immediately.
4. All the students should stay in the allotted room only.
5. In case you need any assistance or support you can always approach the caretaker/hostel supervisor/warden/counselor/chief warden/Adsw office.
