Reporting Instructions

All the listed students must report to the T&P Test Centre 20 minutes before their scheduled slot time.

Students must carry their headphones/earphones to attend the online process.

Important Instructions

Students must join the meeting using the systems available at the Test Centre.

Ensure proper camera and microphone setup before joining the session.

Students should maintain discipline during the online process.

Any indiscipline or misconduct may lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.

All the concerned students are instructed to report on time and follow the instructions carefully.

It is hereby informed that the signed temporary marks memos for the previous semester have been prepared for B22 batch students who need to upload their marks memo for scholarship purposes.

In this regard, the temporary marks memos will be issued to the concerned Class Representatives (CRs). The representatives are requested to ensure that these temporary memos are circulated only to the students who are eligible and require them for scholarship submission.

The Class Representatives may collect the temporary marks memos for the previous semester from the Examination Section, AB-II, Room No. 105, between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
