Subject: TSPSC – Village Revenue Officer (VRO) Examination to be held on 16-09-2018 FN – RGUKT – Basar – Centre of Examination - Certain important instructions to the all the students from P1 to E4 – Reg.

In adherence to the references 1st and 2nd of the subject cited and according to the requests of TSPSC and the District Collector and Magistrate, Nirmal, pertaining to the examination venue, RGUKT – Basar, for VRO examination on 16-09-2018 – all the students of P1 to E4 are hereby informed that they shall all vacate all their belongings such as books, note-books etc from the classrooms by today evening i.e., by 14/09/2018 evening. No one can be held responsible for the things that have been left over by the students in the classrooms. The laptops of every classroom will be kept in the 7th row of the classrooms by the System / Network Administrators.

In this regard, all the students are required to adhere to all the instructions given by the Academic Section / Examination Section / Administration from time to time.

It is to inform all the CRs of particular classroom to report/meet system administrators in your respective block Academic Block 1 or Academic Block 2. Please follow the instructions given by System Administrators for the process of moving and arrangement required in your classrooms. All the CRs are hereby requested to meet system administrators for the process mentioned and which has to be completed before Friday (14.09.2018) evening.

Dear all, 

This is to inform you that the TSPSC VRO/Group-IV Examination is scheduled to be held on 16.09.2018. In this connection no one is allowed to roam around the academic premises on 16.09.2018 till 3:00 PM, except the staff who are conducting the examination and the students who are appearing for the examination. 



The Movement Restriction Order is attached herewith.

This is to inform all the E1 to E4, Chemical Engineering and MME, students that the classes scheduled on 25/08/2018 have been suspended in view of the One Day National Seminar on Emerging Technological Applications of Chemistry - (ETAC) 2018.

The seminar will be held at the Auditorium, Academic Block – I, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 25/08/2018 for which the attendance of all the students of Chemical Engineering and MME is mandatory. This has got the approval of the Administrative Officer.

A circular to this effect has also been attached herewith for your information.

It is hereby informed that the students shall observe two minutes of silence at 11:00 AM on 18/08/2018 at their respective classes along with their teacher, whoever is available at that time, in remembrance of Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the former Prime Minister of India. The teacher, whoever is available at that time, shall coordinate the event.

It is to inform all the students that the Government of Telangana State has issued orders in G.O.Rt.No.1671 dated 16.8.2018 declaring 17.8.2018 as General Holiday to all the Government Offices, Schools Colleges and Institutions, as a mark of respect to former Prime Minister,  Shri Atal  Bihari Vajpayee, who passed away on 16.8.2018.  

Consequently, the University will remain closed today i.e., on 17.8.2018.

It is to inform all the students that the Academic Section has been shifted from the Prefab Block to the New Administrative Block on 13/08/2018. The Academic Section functions from its new location from today i.e., from 13/08/2018 onwards. The students may contact at our new location i.e., at the Administrative Block, for any issues pertaining to academics.

Dear Students

It is to inform the shortlisted students of E2, E3 and E4 (the list attached) that two representatives from X Billion Skills Lab are visiting our Campus on 10th and 11th of August, 2018.

X Billion Skills Lab enables youth from lower income communities who display high cognitive potential to gain 21st century core skills (emotional intelligence, problem solving, critical thinking), future ready workplace skills (data science, technology driven marketing/sales, artificial intelligence), enhance their employability and gain access to meaningful employment in new age enterprises in sectors such as green, media-tech, healthcare tech, cyber security, digital payments & e-commerce.

During their visit they would like to interact with the students to grasp their aspirations, interests, cognitive profiles and other necessary information and further to develop a strategy/road map to start a pilot project to provide such 21st century core skills, future ready workplace skills and enhance employability for selected students. Identify relevant employment opportunities. 

In this connection, they would like to have three sets of interactive sessions with approximately 30-40 students each time, from a cross section of departments.

The Academic Section has shortlisted few students on merit basis from each class, across each department batch/year wise and the same has been attached herewith for your information.
The shortlisted students will have an interactive session, on 11/08/2018 at the Conference Hall, RGUKT – Basar, with the representatives of X Billion Skills Labs according to the schedule given below.

Session 1: From 01:30 PM with all the E2 students from all branches
Session 2: From 04:30 PM with all the E3 students from all branches
Session 3: From 07:30 PM with all the E4 students from all branches

In this regard, all the students are requested to utilize this opportunity and attend the interactive sessions without fail.
